- i have two items from The Tick Comic Images 1997 set that's not in the guide.
a one sheet promo card reprinting cards #10,17,22,28,39 and 44 both front and back. there are no special markings and a collectors binder. it did not come with a special binder card.

- well...turns out there is a binder sheet for this set. i sent jeff allender an email to ask him about the citizens promo, my 6 card panel and to let him know there was a binder for this set he didn't have listed on his site. it turned out i already had 3 of the citizens promo which i found days after asking about it. this is the reply he sent me earlier today.
"The Encyclopedia of Non-Sport & Entertainment Trading Cards says that there was a 6-card panel inserted in the binder (which I hadn't seen and listed), but you anticipated my next theory and blew it away. I need to add the binder, and your 6-up panel as a promo.

since i don't have a copy of the encyclopedia i don't know which 6 card panel is the binder sheet or if my 6-up and the one pictured on the ebay link above are both promos.
ok, just did a bunch of quick google searches and there's many pictures of this set...cards, chrome cards, unopened boxes and packs but not one damn picture of the binder or info about the binder exclusive. also checked jeff's site and he has my card and the one pictured in the ebay link as promo sheets but he has nothing listed as a binder card.
