- When I was a kid growing up in the 1960s I had a set of outer-space themed trading cards. They were painted art of space ships, planet scapes, star fields, astronauts, very furturistic and scientific too. It wasn't Mars Attacks. Does anyone know what this set was called and where I might see the cards displayed now?
I also had a set of Batman cards in the 1960s, but again not the card sets I'm finding on ebay. This set was not by Topps, not the Black - Red - Blue shield series, not the Bat Laffs series, nor the TV series. It was first-rate painted art. Does anyone remember the cards I'm trying to describe, and can you point me to a display of them somewhere?
I haven't found either set on ebay.
