The Hologram side is rotated 180 degrees on the variant. Super rare 1990 Marvel Universe MH-5 Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin Reverse Back Variant Insert Card. Using the back side of the card as your reference, Green Goblin would be on the top when flipping the card over.
